Wind farms
JD-Contractor A/S is one of very few companies
that very early on attained great experience in the laying of submarine
cables to offshore wind farms.
We were the cable contractor for the world´s
first offshore wind farm located at Tunø Knob in 1995. Since
then have we participated in most of the established offshore wind
farms.
JD-Contractor A/S has primarily carried out the
laying and embedding of the submarine cables though we have also
carried out diving operations at the windmills.
The characteristic of all our work is that it is
carried out puntually and to the agreed price, and there have never
been any defects, losses or problems with any of the submarine cables
at these wind mills.
Below are some examples of work carried out in
connection with offshore wind farms.
