The ownership

JD-Contractor A/S and JD Crafts A/S are subsidiary companies to G.N. Underwater Invest A/S which essentially is owned by Gert Normann Andersen. He is managing director of all three companies. Gert Normann’s two sons have a minor share in G.N. Underwater Invest A/S.
