Cable repair between Rødvig and Rønne

The work: From January 2005 to February 2006 the cable laying vessel C/S Cable One repaired and embedded a cable between Rødvig and Rønne. C/S Cable One carried out a survey of the seabed near the cable in order to determine the position of the damaged part, of the cable. After the location of the damaged part the cable was repaired and embedded into the seabed.

Approx. 200 metres of existing cables were recovered, approx. 350 metres of cables were laid and approx. 750 metres of cables were embedded into the seabed.
