Our suction units are used if the trenching depth has to be deeper than two metres, or if the seabed is very gravely and/or consists of clay. For use on extremely hard and gravely sea beds we have developed systems which are capable of cutting loose the material in front of the suction device. The largest of the suction devices can handle stones up to 50 cm.

All our systems are flexible and can swiftly be adjusted to the conditions of the seabed. Under harsh conditions they can be fitted on an undercarriage with caterpillar tracks. This allows the different systems to operate on an uneven or undulating surface.
