Primus motor of the Association of Danish Diving Contractors (established in 1982). President of the association from 1982 to 1987, and from 2001 to 2004. From 1987 to 1999 he was a member of the committee.

Responsible for sales/quotations and the management of larger projects.
Graduated as a MA Public Administration in 2001.

Responsible for finances and administration. Magna holds a key function in JD-Contractor A/S as administrative co-ordinator between operations in different locations.
Graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce in 1987.

Responsible for Quality, Safety, Environment and ISM issues. She is also responsible for Human Resource issues. She have 15 years of experience within offshore and windpower projects, is Certified ISO 9000 Auditor and NLP Master (Neuro Linguistic Programming).
